Outside the Office
When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Mcilwain enjoys spending time with her husband, Austin, and their three young sons. A proud Clemson graduate, Dr. Mcilwain was a member of the Clemson University Tiger Band, where she played the sousaphone. Today, she still enjoys creative pursuits including painting, baking, sewing, photography, and finding new adventures to keep her boys entertained.
